You must live in North Carolina. Every Suzi shop around me is the same way. What is happening to motorcycle mechs?
I used to think they just didn't care about (I knew they didn't know about) my '72 GT550. Turns out ... they just don't know much at all!
Good luck learning how to do your own maintenance. Do you have the service manual yet?
